Paper Pumpkin

Hello Stampers!!

So glad to be back to stamping. I recently went on vacation with my family to Disney World and had the time of our life! My grandkids just loved it. We did so much we had to come home and rest from the vacation. I can’t wait till we get to do it again!

Paper Pumpkins Birthday was in March, and every March they send out an additional stamp set to celebrate the establishing of Paper pumpkin. I made this card with the extra stamp set. The card base is Misty Moonlight (which is retiring the first of May) 8.5 x 5.5 with a layer of basic white 5.25 x 4. Using the Misty Moonlight ink I stamped the main flower image, and then using the detailed flower image I stamped again in Misty Moonlight over the main flower image. I added leaves in Pear Pizzazz ink. The greeting is black memento ink and is also from the stamp set. Finishing off the card with some Misty Moonlight bakers twine and embellishments. I stamped the envelope flap the same as the card front.

My Second card that I did, I used Pale Papaya for the card base 8.5 x 5.5 and then a layer of the DSP from the Heart and Home pack 5.25 x 4. The basic white is 3.5 x 4.75. I stamped the flower image in Pale Papaya and then stamped the definition image on top in black memento ink. Added leaves in Pear Pizzazz ink. The greeting is stamped in black memento ink. Finished off the card using the pale papaya ribbon that came with the paper pumpkin and some Iridescent rhinestones.

Just a couple easy and fun cards that you could make in a hurry if needed.
