A Little Retro

Hello Stampers!

Everyone have a great weekend? Mine was awesome, my birthday is coming up and my daughters and granddaughters took me to Columbus for the weekend. Had a great time, shopping, a little hiking, COSI, swimming, little sleep and great food.

My card today is a little RETRO, such a fun birthday card I think. Tempting Turquoise for the base 8.5 x 5.5 and then another layer of tempting turquoise 5.25 x 4 that I embossed with the Painted textures folder. Then I cut a piece of Crushed curry 3 x 4 and embossed it with the Splatters embossing folder. Cut a piece of the Flowers and More DSP paper 3 x 4. Attached both to the card front with adhesive. The greeting is stamped in Tempting Turquoise ink on a piece of white card stock 1 x 4 and then I cut the one end in an angle. Added a piece of shaded spruce card stock to the bottom 1 x 3/4″ and cut on an angle at the end. The die cut flowers are from the Around the bend dies, I had a few left from another project I was doing so just added them with stampin dimensionals. So cute…. Finished off the card with some embellishments from the 2022-24 IN color matte decorative dots. I think this card is so bright and cheery. Give it a try with some DSP paper and card stock you have on hand if you do not have this paper. Very easy to adjust.

Just a little reminder that sale a bration ends on February 28th. Its going fast!

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you get to stamp today!
