Happy Mother’s Day

This past weekend I had the opportunity to spend time with some wonderful ladies at a Mother’s Day Tea.

The event was held at Stone House Gardens in East Rochester, we had an amazing luncheon and taught them how to make 2 cards, this being one of them.

Using the new Cheerful Daisies Bundle on page 111 of the AC. This stamp set I think is going to become my favorite in the catalog. The cardbase is basic white 8.5 x 5.5 with another layer of white that was embossed with the new Countryside blossoms embossing folder. I then took a 2 x 5.25 strip of white cardstock and randomly stamped the daisies in Polished pink ink, the centers and the leaves are stamped in Wild Wheat. The greetings are stamped in Black memento ink and die cut with die from the Cheerful Daisies bundle along with a die from the Tags die set. Attached with stampin dimensionals. Finishing off the card with a die cut Polished pink card stock twig and attached with Tombo glue.

You could make this same card with any flower stamp set. Stamp your flowers and then fill in the gaps with leaves. Such a cute card, I hope you like it.
