Calming Camellia

Good Morning Stampers! Today is Send a Friend a card day! I have several going out in the mail today and this is one of them.

What a beautiful stamp set that is offered in the Sale a bration catalog FREE with a $300 order. I started out with a piece of Merry Merlot card stock 8.5 x 5.5 and added a piece of Crumb Cake 5 3/8 x 4 1/8. Then I cut another piece of crumb cake 5.25 x 4. I took the large flower image and inked it in Merry Merlot ink and then randomly stamped all over the my card stock, turning it in a different direction everytime I stamped. Once the entire card was filled up, I took the swirl image and crumb cake ink and stamped it in random places just for some highlights. Before attaching to the first piece of crumb cake I added a piece of the very vanilla scalloped lace trim with tear n tape. For the greeting I took the dies from Stitched So Sweetly and die cut the Merry Merlot, and the crumb cake. The greeting is stamped in Merry Merlot ink onto the Crumb cake. I attached the two together and then to the card with stampin dimensionals. Finishing it off with an embellishment from the Brushed metallic adhesive backed dots.

The envelope is shown with the smaller leaf image stamped in Merry Merlot and the swirl added on top in Crumb Cake. I did this in the corner of the inside piece too. Such a pretty card, and the greetings are awesome.
